Further, items purchased on pre-order are subject to varying delivery times. Pre-ordering guarantees your purchase of an item when it is back in stock. Maison Aureus is not responsible for courier delays, lost, stolen or misplaced orders and are not refundable.

Unfortunately, we cannot change/cancel any orders after they are placed as our warehouse begins fulfilling orders the moment they are placed.

Original shipping charges, package insurance are non-refundable. We also do not refund incorrect address or return to sender packages if we are not at fault, you will be issued store credit minus a restocking fee.
